Cheddar & Bacon Dipping Fries

  • Sharing dish for 2 - 3 persons

  • 300g of Stealth® Skin-On Fries
  • 100g of Grated Edam cheese
  • (or a mixture of cheeses)
  • 150g of Lean Bacon in small chunks
  • Salt and pepper
  • Ranch salad dressing.


Cook Stealth® Skin-On Fries and place into serving dish.
Add salt and pepper whilst fries are still warm and drizzle
the ranch dressing on top.

Completely cover Fries in cheese and leave to one side. Fry the
bacon bits for one minute and then scatter over cheese and
Fries. Place everything under the grill for 5 minutes or until
the cheese melts.
