Southwest Mashed Bowl

  • 200g Homestyle Mash
  • 100g Chili con carne
  • 50g Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Diced red onion
  • Spring onions, sliced
  • Sliced jalapeños


Cook one pouch of Homestyle Mash, and place in
oven proof bowl. Layer hot chili con carne on top and
sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Place under
grill to melt cheese and top with diced red onion, sliced
spring onions and sliced jalapeños before serving.
