Sweet Potato CrissCuts Grantinated with Blue Cheese

  • 150g of Sweet Potato CrissCuts
  • 40g Mild Gorgonzola cheese
  • Fresh parsley to garnish


Place cooked Sweet Potato CrissCuts in a bowl and top with
the gorgonzola cheese. Place under the grill until the cheese
is slightly melted then remove from the heat. Garnish with a
pinch of fresh parsley and serve.
