Tijuana fries

  • 300g Connoisseur Rustic Fry
  • Grated Cheese for melting
  • 3 tbsp Chili beef
  • 4 tbsp of Guacamole
  • 4 tbsp of Sour cream
  • 4 tbsp of Salsa
  • Sliced Green jalapeños
  • Sliced Red peppers


Once cooked, place 300g of Connoisseur Rustic Fries in a shallow
bowl and sprinkle on some grated cheese (enough to lightly
cover all of the fries) then melt cheese either under the grill or in
an oven for 3-5 mins.
Remove from the heat and spoon on chili beef, guacamole,
sour cream, salsa and finally top with some sliced green jalapeños
and red peppers before serving.
