  • Patato Puffs OR Hash Brown Triangles
  • Omelette mixture
  • Crispy Bacon
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Chopped chives
  • Black pepper


Make up omelette mixture and pour into large frying pan. Add in crispy bacon, sliced cherry tomatoes, fried and sliced mushrooms and
20 pre-cooked Potato Puffs OR 12 mini hash brown triangles OR a combination of all 3 products for breakfast omelette. Cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat. Remove from pan and cut into 2 halves or 4 quarters to serve and then sprinkle with chopped chives and black pepper.
