  • 20 Potato Puffs
  • Chilli beef
  • Grated cheese
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Sour cream
  • Green Jalepeno

Preparations

Substitute corn tortillas for 20 potato puffs and create an alternative nachos sharer. Pre-cook 20 potato puffs and layer them with chilli beef and grated cheese and then put them in the oven at 200°for 3-5 mins (or until the cheese is melted) and then top with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and green jalepeno slices.
