Lamb Weston / Meijer’s new sustainable production line doubles capacity in Bergen op Zoom (NL)

International potato processing company Lamb Weston / Meijer invests EUR 120 million in production facility in Bergen op Zoom (NL)

11 November 2016. Lamb Weston / Meijer opened its new production line in Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands, on 10 November 2016 in the presence of employees, suppliers, the mayor and the King’s Commissioner. In addition to the new line, the entire production location has been completely renovated including the current production line. This investment of EUR 120 million enables Lamb Weston / Meijer to process potatoes in a more effective and sustainable way. A variety of specialties can be produced according the newest production methods.
