Cheese n’ Bacon Melt Fries

Ingredients

  • 300g Connoisseur Rustic Fry
  • Creamy cheese
  • Bacon
  • Optional: Smoked paprika

Preparations

Using Connoisseur Rustic fries and after the product has been cooked place around 150 grams in a serving pot ( metal or china ) then cover the fries in liquid cheese ( primula or american hot dog cheese ) and then cut up small pieces of cooked crispy bacon and then melt under the grill or in the oven for 3-5mins and then serve.

Optional: sprinkle with smoked paprika to give them a little kick of heat.
